What’s included?
One eligible Quick Care or routine prescription-refill evaluation. Children’s concerns are assessed for age-appropriate virtual care and valid consent. The pilot does not include STI/sexual-health, mental-health or extended-care consultation fees. It does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication or suitability for remote treatment.
Clear costs. No surprises.
Any recommended medication, laboratory test or outside service is separate. No purchase from a particular pharmacy or lab is required to receive the pilot evaluation. If all pilot places have been used, the team will tell you before any paid visit is agreed to. Starting intake does not reserve a place or authorize a charge.
Your consultation fee and consent
A confirmed pilot consultation costs $0. We do not submit consultation claims to insurance. There is no subscription, automatic conversion to a paid visit or additional fee for routine communication of results ordered in the same care episode. Any different service or outside cost must be disclosed and agreed to separately. Previously accepted financial terms remain unchanged.
Before care, ask the team to provide the clinical consent, separate billing consent showing your $0 consultation fee, and the applicable privacy notice in Spruce. The team must record these separately in the secure clinical record. Reading this page or using the care selector does not record those acknowledgments.
If you were charged in error for a confirmed pilot consultation, contact the care team securely for correction. Approved refunds are initiated within five business days; your payment provider may need additional posting time.
Care comes first.
You must be physically in Ohio. Clinical suitability, consent and any applicable program restrictions are checked before participation. For an emergency, call 911. Do not wait for an asynchronous response.
