What your evaluation covers
- Review of relevant medication history and current concerns
- Clinical questions about response, adverse effects, and monitoring
- A follow-up plan or referral when a different care setting is appropriate
When another type of care is needed
Some concerns need real-time assessment or specialist care. A clinician must establish eligibility before an asynchronous follow-up. For an immediate danger or medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Payment covers an evaluation, not a guaranteed prescription. A clinician may request records, testing, or an in-person assessment.
