Ohio telehealth · Clinicians available 24/7 · Average response 30 minutes

Ohio only · Clinicians available 24/7

Running low on a regular medication?

Start with a $40 prescription refill evaluation. Secure messages. A real clinician. Average response: 30 minutes after a complete eligible request.

A prescription is not guaranteed. Medication and labs cost extra. Individual response times vary.

Keep your care moving, responsibly.

For selected noncontrolled maintenance medications, a clinician reviews your existing prescription, history and any required monitoring. Some requests need records, lab tests, an examination or another care setting.

What the $40 evaluation covers

  • Review of the information you share securely
  • Clinician questions needed to assess your request
  • A care plan and prescription only when medically appropriate

Your prescription, your pharmacy.

If your clinician prescribes medication, the prescription is sent to your chosen pharmacy. Medication is paid for separately from the consultation.

Ask your pharmacist to compare your insurance price, a GoodRx discount, and any available pharmacy discount program. Use the eligible option that works best for you. GoodRx is not insurance and cannot be combined with insurance for the same prescription purchase. Prices, eligibility and participation vary by pharmacy and medication.

Pharmacy opening hours and medication availability can affect when you can collect your prescription. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

Know the boundaries before starting

Controlled medications are excluded. A particular medication, quantity or days’ supply is not guaranteed. If a different service is recommended, its fee must be explained before you agree.

For a medical emergency, call 911. Do not wait for an online response.

Before you begin

Can I start at 2 AM?

Yes. Clinicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for eligible patients physically in Ohio.

Will someone respond within 30 minutes?

Our average clinician response is 30 minutes after a complete eligible request. Individual wait times vary. This is not a guaranteed maximum or a promise of completed treatment within 30 minutes.

Will I get a prescription?

Only when medically appropriate. You are paying for an evaluation, not a guaranteed prescription.

Is medication included in the $40 fee?

No. Pharmacy medication and laboratory testing cost extra unless explicitly included in your quote.

Do I need insurance?

We are a cash-pay service. Ask the team about any coverage-related restrictions before payment.

Can I use this service outside Ohio?

No. You must be physically in Ohio during your encounter.

Where do I share symptoms or medical records?

Use the secure Spruce intake and clinical messaging channel. Do not share medical details in public comments or payment notes.
