If your clinician prescribes medication, the prescription is sent to your chosen pharmacy. Medication is paid for separately from the consultation.
Ask your pharmacist to compare your insurance price, a GoodRx discount, and any available pharmacy discount program. Use the eligible option that works best for you. GoodRx is not insurance and cannot be combined with insurance for the same prescription purchase. Prices, eligibility and participation vary by pharmacy and medication.
Pharmacy opening hours and medication availability can affect when you can collect your prescription. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
Pharmacy medication, labs, collection fees and in-person treatment are separate unless explicitly included. No lab prices or injection service are advertised until the actual arrangements are verified.
The team must explain the scope and different fee before you accept additional service. No automatic upgrade is implemented here.
MyTeleHealthPoint is cash pay. You may submit your visit receipt to your health insurance company for consideration under your plan’s out-of-network benefits, if available. Ask your insurer whether this visit is eligible and which documents are required; a receipt alone may not be sufficient. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Any prescription coverage is separate from reimbursement for the telehealth consultation.
