Accessibility & Communication Assistance
Effective date: October 25, 2026
MyTeleHealthPoint aims to make healthcare information and telehealth access usable for people with disabilities and different communication needs. Our website is designed with readable text, logical headings, mobile-friendly navigation, and accessible form controls. We do not claim that every page, third-party service, or clinical platform has been independently certified to a particular accessibility standard.
Ask for help or report a barrier
If you have trouble reading a page, using a form, accessing secure messaging, or understanding instructions, use the website Contact page to request an email reply and describe the page or barrier without including sensitive medical details. If you cannot use web or email, call (216) 438-0004 for assistance.
We will consider appropriate communication aids, accessible formats, and reasonable alternative ways to access information or clinical care consistent with applicable law, clinical safety, and available services. Accessible alternatives may require use of a different approved clinical communication method.
Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility feedback, prioritize serious barriers affecting care, and reassess changes when website or patient-platform features are updated. Do not use the public contact form for a medical emergency; call 911.
