Care wherever you are in Ohio.
You must be physically in Ohio during your visit, whether you’re in a city or a smaller community.
No trip to an office just to get started.
Start from a private place where you can use your phone. Our visits begin in Spruce, rather than at a walk-in office. You must be physically in Ohio during your visit. The care team reviews your request and explains the next step; some concerns need in-person care.

SOUTHWEST OHIO
Online care in Cincinnati
You can start a MyTeleHealthPoint visit while physically in Ohio. If you live or work across the nearby state border, being an Ohio resident alone does not make an out-of-state visit eligible. Start when you are in Ohio and tell the care team your current location.
For a local primary-care facility, the Cincinnati Health Department’s health-center directory lists locations including Northside, Price Hill and Bobbie Sterne, with contact information. These are independent services, not MyTeleHealthPoint offices.
Not in one of these cities?
Our Ohio coverage is not limited to these three cities. You can start from elsewhere in the state, including smaller communities. Tell the care team where you are and what you need help with. Your clinician will review whether online care is a good fit for your concern.
Questions before you start
Do I need to visit an office first?
No office visit is required simply to start a conversation with MyTeleHealthPoint. Start in Spruce. Your clinician may recommend in-person care when appropriate.
Can I start care for my child?
Yes, we see children too. The care team reviews age, consent and whether virtual care fits your child’s concern. Learn about care for children.
Where would a prescription go?
If your clinician prescribes medication, it can go to your chosen pharmacy. Medication costs are separate. See ways to compare pharmacy payment options.
